Can FinCanvas handle a recurring retainer alongside one-off project fees?
Yes. Flag a cost section as recurring vs one-off and the breakdown on the quote PDF reflects that. Note that FinCanvas isn’t a recurring-billing tool - it quotes the value; recurring billing still happens via Stripe / Xero / your accounting tool.
Can I quote Scope A and Scope B side-by-side in one document?
Yes - that’s exactly what cost section variants are for. Each variant lives in the same section; you pick the active variant before sending the quote, but you can compare the totals before deciding.
Can multiple team members work on a quote together?
Yes. Real-time presence indicators show who else is viewing a canvas; edits sync live. A producer can cost the production rows while the strategy lead handles discovery, on the same project at the same time.
Does FinCanvas integrate with Xero / HubSpot / Slack?
Not yet. Invoice + quote PDFs export cleanly for manual import; we don’t auto-push to your CRM or ledger. Native integrations are on the roadmap based on customer demand.
